will think you are visiting them from the US. If you used a canadian proxy it means that the websites you are visit will think you are from Canada.
You can be from any country and use the US and Canadian proxies.
I paid, but didn't receive an email with username/password and proxy informtion
Emails with access details are sent to your paypal email address.
If you have not received an email, first check your junk mail or spam folder, as your email proivder may have maked our email as spam.
If you still don't have an email from us then write to dirt.cheap.proxies@gmail.com stating your problem.
My username/password has stopped working
This is most likely because your subscription has expired.
Your subscription is valid for 31+ days from the day you purchased it.
It is your responsibility to protect your username and password.
I cannot connect to the proxy. It is saying connection refused or cannot connet.
There are two main reasons why this could happen. The first reason is that the proxy service is down.
The second is that there is a firewall blocking the proxy ip and/or port. Please contact dirt.cheap.proxies@gmail.com for further assistance.
What happens after 31 days?
After 31 days (including a grace period of 1-2 days) from the date of your purchase your login will become invalid.
At this point you may visit this site at anytime to buy another subscription for 31 days.
How Secure and Safe are the proxies
